The rabbit hole of music production runs deep. Another few months, and this 4-track cover EP could have sounded better yet. But I have to move forward as a musician, as a guitarist.

I achieved compositional clarity here, with an overall tonal balance that is not too hard on the ears. This general genre has grown as a guilty pleasure of mine, and I just had to metalify it's genius in a progressive way. Arranging, recording, and producing this has been a phenomenal experience for me as a musician.
I've got one more 4-track EP recorded and ready-to-mix, but of ORIGINALS rather than COVERS. Once that is done, it will be the final cap on my musical resumé and I will begin adamantly seeking bandmates with whom to begin a truly progressive metal band from the ground up. I will however try to get a few playthru videos up for some parts of these two new EP's, as well as for A World of Difference.

NOTE: The solo on track 3, Discovery, was originally written by the original artist, TRAXX. I transcribed it as best I could by ear, and added WAH! The other 3 solos I wrote myself, but are heavily inspired by the primary melodies of their respective song.
